OECD東京センターは、OECD開発センター及びアジア開発銀行駐日代表事務所と共同で、東アジアへの政策一貫性に関するセミナーを開催いたします。

本セミナーでは、先般発表されたOECD・財務総合政策研究所共同報告書『東アジアへの政策一貫性：OECD諸国の役割』*を中心に、OECD諸国の政策が貿易、投資、農業等の様々な分野において東アジア地域に及ぼす影響について、河合正弘アジア開発銀行総裁特別顧問、アレクサンドラ・トリチアック−デュヴァルOECD開発協力局政策調整課課長、深作喜一郎OECD開発センター参事官の講演を踏まえ意見交換を行います。

OECD TOKYO SEMINAR
“Policy Coherence towards East Asia: the Role of OECD Countries”

Public Seminar will be organised jointly by the OECD Development Centre and the OECD Tokyo Centre, in association with the Japanese-German Centre Berlin　and the Japanese Representative Office of the Asian Development Bank, to present and discuss the main conclusions and policy implications of the joint OECD-Policy Research Institute of the Japanese Ministry of Finance Study, Policy Coherence towards East Asia: Development Challenges for OECD Countries (Paris, November 2005).

This book is one of the first attempts to look systematically at the development dimensions of OECD-country policies beyond aid alone, and to assess the impacts, trade-offs and synergies across whole-of-government policies. This seminar coincides with the publication of the Japanese edition of the same book (to be published from Akashi Shoten, Tokyo, at the end of March 2006).
